Natural Blanc de Blancs ages for 30 months on the lees. It has zero dosage and no added sulfites. What we seek in this glass is the expression of our limestone hills: minerality and structure. Even in lean years, when the fruit is less evident, our blend is capable of fully expressing the characteristics of this magnificent soil.
