Description
The grapes are hand-picked, and after pressing, the must immediately undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel fermentation tanks. Post-fermentation maceration on the skins for this important wine lasts 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place entirely in barriques.
