From the expert vinification of Lambrusco grapes, Medici Ermete technicians produce this sensational dry wine, boasting the Reggio Emilia DOC certification. The grape varieties used in this blend are native to the area: Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Marani are used in equal proportions. The vines are sourced in the province of Reggio Emilia. After vinification and secondary fermentation, the wine should be consumed fresh and young, with a maximum aging of one to two years to fully appreciate its freshness.
