Il Trullo di Noha presents a warm, smooth, and complex Primitivo Salento IGT, with a captivating and enveloping palate. An organic red wine made from one of Puglia's most important varietals, this Primitivo is grown approximately 75 meters above sea level in vineyards managed using certified organic methods and sustainable methods. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and fermented with selected yeasts, thus preserving the varietal's distinctive characteristics.
