Produced with pure NERO DI TROIA grapes. Expert craftsmanship has created this excellent white table wine from red grapes. It is a nectar that originates from red grapes and ends up in the bottle like a white wine, in a play of ambiguity between what is and what appears. Don't be fooled by the light, feminine color. It is a dew for the eyes, with pink and yellowish hues translating into an amber color that changes with each vintage. On the nose, a light and intriguing floral sensation of dog rose, violet, and wisteria prevails. The taste is soft, fresh and savoury, easy to drink.
