Description
The Lessini Durello Brut is left to mature in the cellar's underground cellars for five years. Produced using the Classic Method, it demonstrates perseverance, stability, and persistence. This sparkling wine is equally persistent, thanks to its creamy bubbles. It also has a minerality reminiscent of rock dust, which, medium-length and lively, leaves aromas reminiscent of citrus pulp and pineapple on the finish. The color is bright yellow, with a fine, dense, and persistent perlage. The complex aromas of white wildflowers and white-fleshed fruit with a sweet hint of almond and notes of toasted bread.
