Barbera, Grignolino, Dolcetto, and Malvasia are the typical grape varieties of our Monferrato. The distinctive golden-amber color distinguishes this full-bodied and aromatic grappa. A powerful distillate, as refined as it is elegant and unique, it expresses intense aromas of hazelnut, vanilla, prune, and chocolate. The initially sharp flavor rounds out on the finish, giving it a soft and silky feel. The wood's evolutionary note is decidedly significant, with its typical descriptors: vanilla, coffee, leather, and toasted hazelnut.
