Antoniolo's Gattinara comes from vineyards in the town of the same name in northern Piedmont. The estate's vineyards cover approximately 11 hectares, with some vines over 40 years old. Gattinara is aged in large oak barrels for 18-30 months, depending on the variety, followed by further bottle aging.
