This wine is produced with grapes from the Falanghina vineyard in the "Le Mattine" district of the Fonzone Estate in Paternopoli, located on sandy-clay soils at 380 meters above sea level, near the Ifalco stream. Vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine is obtained by soft pressing and cold maceration of the skins for several hours. Among the varietal's aromas, notes of custard, exotic fruit, and aromatic herbs stand out; on the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and structured.
