It shares the San Stunet vineyard with Barbaresco. It can be kept for up to two years in small wood, both new and old. It is called Desmentià because it was born from an oversight (in Piedmontese “Desmentià” means, precisely, forgotten), left to age in the wood longer than expected. Dry, well-structured, soft, with hints of red fruits, harmonious, persistent.
