Aglianico Irpinia DOC 2022 - Novera

Made from pure Aglianico grapes, hand-picked between late October and early November after careful selection in the vineyard. After destemming and pressing, the must ferments with intense maceration and completes malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in French oak barriques for 4-6 months, acquiring elegance and complexity. It features an intense and brilliant ruby ​​red. On the nose, it releases aromas of cherry, blackberry, and berry jam, enriched with notes of cassis, vanilla, black pepper, and cloves. On the palate it is structured and velvety, with soft and silky tannins that give balance and a long persistence.
