Description

Arsura is the product of the joint harvest, maceration and vinification of Grillo and Zibibbo (Moscato d'Alessandria) grapes from the Gilletto vineyard in Mazara del Vallo, a vineyard located on a small limestone hill overlooking the Mediterranean. It ferments in steel vats for two weeks, remains on the lees for a month and a half and is matured in steel vats for a further two years, finally being placed on the market after remaining in the bottle left horizontally for a further six months.
