The Timorasso grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed, clarified, and then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 12 months on its lees, also in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, the nose expresses aromas of pineapple, lemon, flint, and aromatic herbs. The palate is energetic and enveloping, medium-bodied, and persistent.
