Per questo sensazionale Prosecco i Tecnici Zonin vinificano in purezza le uve di Glera. Tutti i vitigni impiegati per la sua produzione sono allevati entro l’ambito aziendale del Veneto. La vinificazione prevede che le uve sono sottoposte ad una delicata pigiatura e ad una pressatura soffice per estrarre solo il mosto di migliore qualità. La fermentazione si svolge a temperatura controllata di 18°C per una frazione di mosto mentre il rimanente viene conservato a 0°C fino al momento della presa di spuma che avviene in recipienti adatti a mantenere una pressione di circa 5 atmosfere.
