Our rosé comes from Aglianico vineyards located in the cooler areas of our hill. The grapes are harvested earlier than those destined for Taurasi. They are collected in open crates and transported to the cellar where they are pressed directly. This produces a deep pink must that will evolve into a coral red in the wine.
