A grappa created to express the utmost smoothness of a distillate, born from a careful bain-marie distillation in a pot still of Moscato, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer pomace. The region's typical grape varieties, the temperature range of the area, and the resulting aromas, lend it unique and distinct organoleptic qualities. The Trentina Morbida Barrique is then aged for several months in barrels previously used for the aging of the Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune, becoming even more "gentle" and velvety. A tribute from the Marzadro family to the land where they live.
