Franciacorta Rosè Brut DOCG - Plozza

Franciacorta Rosé, a wonderful blend of structure and elegance, is made from Pinot Noir grapes, partly vinified as white wine and partly fermented on the skins for twenty-four hours, the time necessary to impart the wine's elegant pale pink hues that will shift over time to aristocratic antique pink. Intense, full-bodied, and complex in aromas, the Rosé displays lovely acidity and clean fruit. A caressing effervescence amplifies the nuances of aromatic herbs, hazelnut, and white fruit derived from over twenty-four months of aging on the lees. The absolute clarity on the finish allows for a full appreciation of its consistency, enhanced by the harmonious combination of superb structure and extraordinary elegance. We recommend pairing it with citrus-marinated salmon carpaccio and, in the summer, with grilled meats.
