Description

The white and red grapes are vinified separately, and the base wine is prepared at the end of fermentation. The Pinot Noir grapes are fermented in contact with the skins for the time necessary to obtain a rosé base wine, which then imparts a more or less intense color to the final product. The finished wine has characteristics such as a fresh and savory flavor; a fine and ample aroma; and an intense mousse. Vinification: 75% destemmed crushed with cold maceration and 25% pressed.
