Elisa Cuvee Bianco IGT 2022 - Castel Sallegg

Bright straw yellow in color, fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas, juicy and well-rounded. In the ELISA Cuvée, the interplay between the different varietals creates a dance that reveals the terroir of our estate, bringing with it an unparalleled complexity. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Bianco combine harmoniously to form a compact base with straw yellow highlights. The bouquet features notes of freshly cut grass and fruity aromas of apple, grapefruit, and ripe apricot. This cuvée is fresh and smooth on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and a good finish. The different varietals are hand-picked separately. The grapes are gently pressed and pre-clarified by sedimentation. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by blending of the individual components and maturation on the fine lees.
