Coda di Volpe "Luna Janca" from I Borboni winery is made from sandy/clayey soils of alluvial origin, located in the Benevento IGT area. After manual harvesting and temperature-controlled vinification, the wine ages for 6 months in stainless steel, offering a fresh and pleasant palate, well-balanced and with a long finish. The nose reveals pleasant floral and fruity notes, with peaches and white flowers in particular.
