Cirò Bianco "Diversamente" is made from 100% Greco grapes and is Mariangela's latest creation. This white wine redefines the region's canons, produced with grapes from a single vineyard (Ponta vineyard) and undergoing brief maceration on the skins, which gives the wine further depth. The wine then ages for approximately two years in stainless steel and is bottled without fining or filtration.
