Piper-Heidsieck Vintage 2012 Champagne is the perfect blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, created from 12 different crus, two or three of which are Grands and Premiers Crus. The cuvée is blended and aged on the lees for five years, followed by a further 12 months of rest after disgorgement. This captivating champagne, with a golden color and a crystalline, elegant perlage, offers citrus and Mediterranean aromas on the nose, along with warmer, smoky notes of almond. It is voluptuous on the palate, with juicy notes of pomegranate and black cherry, and sweet honey aromas, and a long, silky finish. A champagne of the highest caliber, perfect as an accompaniment to a gourmet dinner.
