Of particular importance is the fact that the winemaking cellar is located adjacent to the vineyards; this allows for a short time between harvest and pressing, preventing any unwanted fermentation delays and berry breakage during transport. Its key characteristics—the particularly intense aromas, the promptness and harmonious roundness of the tannins, and the lingering finish—are the result of the unique soil and climate conditions of the vineyards from which it originates.
