Albana is undoubtedly the most interesting grape in our production, both because it is native and exclusive to this region and because, thanks to our Scaccomatto, it has returned to the spotlight. After our consolidated experience in producing passito wines, we have also dedicated ourselves to producing a dry white wine: planting a dedicated vineyard, with a higher planting density and canopy management aimed at ensuring the grapes' freshness and aroma. The result is a unique white wine, stylistically inspired by the wines of the Loire, endowed with fresh, floral aromas, but above all with an extraordinary and lively acidity that allows it to stand out and express itself at its best even after 7-8 years.
